  • 2 cups milk of choice, I use cashew milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil or butter
  • 1 cup arrowroot powder
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbs vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

How to prep:

  1. Blend milk, eggs and vanilla in food processor
  2. Add dry ingredients and blend again
  3. Melt butter/coconut oil, add to mixture and blend a final time
  4. Batter will be thick
  5. Spoon on to hot waffle iron and cook to specifications of your waffle maker
